Usage-based

For a quick start without investment risk.

Contract

In this model you have no fixed contract period. Purchase usage “packages” according to your needs, which are credited to your account. All applications that are assigned to this model use up the packages after use. Your contingents are valid for at least 24 months.

Accounting

Each initiation of an element is counted as 1 usage – no matter if route, hotspot, announcement or news. Even if a route consists of many steps – only 1 usage is charged. And if you pause AppNavi? No problem – your usage package will of course remain the same.

Flexibility

Change to one of the other models at any time if necessary. Either with one or more applications that were previously billed based on usage. You can use the remaining usages for newly added applications at any time. And each time you purchase a new package, the validity of the entire contingent is extended to 24 months.

The usage-based model is very attractive for our customers. For example to get to know the performance of AppNavi in live operation – or for short-term project-based usage.

User-based

For heavy use & maximum economies of scale

Contract

Arrange a flexible contract term of 12 months or more. The number of users named by you is the basis for the pricing. Profit with larger user numbers from considerable economies of scale of a very degressive price curve.

Accounting

The prices are determined according to the number of users at the time of the contract start. Since your users are anonymous to us, we evaluate the user numbers reported by you. The number of users during the contract period can be static, individual, e.g. according to a rollout plan, or dynamic, based on parameters.

Flexibility

At the end of the contract period you can switch to one of the other models with selected or all applications. Add new applications to the model, and it will immediately benefit from the total number of users across all applications.

Flat

Maximum planning capability. Best price per user.

Contract

Arrange a flexible contract term of 12 months or more. The number of expected applications and user numbers form the basis for pricing. Use AppNavi thus user and usage independent throughout the entire company. Benefit in this model in particular from considerable economies of scale of a very degressive price curve.

Accounting

The prices for the flat model are determined at the time of the start of the contract. Basic parameters are defined and billing is constant according to the scope determined. In this model, you have the highest level of predictability.

Flexibility

At the end of the contract period you can switch to one of the other models with selected or all applications. In addition, if there are significant changes in your business activities, there is the possibility to adjust the flat model along your changes.

The advantages are obvious

With attractively priced and highly flexible price & contract models

Maximum flexibility

Switch from one model to another with selected applications. Flexibly add or remove applications or additive users.

Best economies of scale

Whether more or less: AppNavi adapts to your user numbers. With increasing user numbers you profit from economies of scale by bundling all users of the model.

Minimum risk

The usage-based model enables a risk-free entry. And the model change options guarantee that this will remain so.

Use the price & contract models.

Let’s work together.
