But what can be done not to frustrate employees – but rather to take them along on this digital journey? The answer is Digital Adoption with AppNavi. All software must be immediately usable for all users: without training, without manuals and without requests to the help desk. Instead of traditional qualification through trainings, manuals & co. AppNavi guides users step-by-step directly in the software. The execution of a task and the learning of the software are no longer separated – but happen at the same time. With AppNavi, we have established the easiest-to-use digital adoption platform on the market and are already being used successfully by many medium-sized and large customers. Where do we need your help – and your creativity

In sales, you are part of one of our supreme disciplines. Get involved and develop with us – in the national as well as international environment. You are gifted in the identification and acquisition of new customers as well as in professional customer care. You orchestrate the sales process elegantly and goal-oriented like a conductor of a high-performance music ensemble – and you actively lend a hand yourself. You fight until your goals are achieved – and then really step on the gas. We set no limits to your development – in every respect. Only the sky is the limit.

  • You identify new customers, arouse their interest and bind them to us in the long term
  • You lead the sales process securely from the first contact to the signing of the contract
  • You integrate the necessary areas sensibly and give everything for the sales success
  • You win customers as references
  • You are also available for our customers in post-sales – and generate further opportunities there
  • You represent our company at trade fairs or events

What we want from you

Many customer doors are already open to you – you are already set there as a consultant and confidant. Customers appreciate you because they know that you are only satisfied when a win-win situation is achieved. Your friendly, open, professional and winning manner is the backbone of your sales success. For you, sales is a “passion” – not a monotonous job.

  • Degree in the field of business administration – or comparable training
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the area of software / SaaS
  • Good networking within medium-sized and large customers
  • Excellent hunting and farming skills
  • Winning and self-confident appearance – also in the context of events (e.g. as a speaker)
  • The unconditional will to design and implement the best solutions for our customers
  • A high degree of independence, strong communication skills and the willingness to go the sometimes necessary “extra mile” as well as
  • The competence to confidently lead proposal teams – and to strengthen the team even in complex situations
